Dreamydoodles is very careful to match our puppies with the best prospective owner based on a variety of attributes. Each puppy has their own personality and potential; therefore, based on temperament, living conditions, family atmosphere and your goals for your dog we try to make the perfect puppy placement. Our ultimate goal is to find loving families who will take owning one of our puppies as a serious life decision.
Completion of this form does not obligate you to purchase a puppy nor does it assure you that a puppy will be available at any given time.

* Dreamydoodles NW requires the puppy/dog be returned to us - at any age - if the adopted family for whatever reason becomes unable to care for their Dreamydoodle dog. We never want one of our puppies/dogs to end up in a shelter or dog pound. We are here to help rehome them at any time. If a new home has already been found...then we still require that we be notified and provided with the new families contact information so that we can continue to get updates on our puppies. We take this very seriously.. You must agree to this before adopting a dog from Dreamdoodles Northwest. We do this to protect our puppies and our bloodline. This is common practice with most reputable breeders.
